It’s been a week or so of behind-the-scenes busy-ness around these parts, knitter friends, and for mostly non-knitting reasons! I have, at long last, secured a full-time job offer starting in a couple of weeks, and have had a lot to do to get ready for it, before I head out for Rhinebeck in a week. Thankfully this weekend is our Thanksgiving holiday here in Canada so things can settle down a bit for a weekend of food & friends, and also some good knitting time.
Never fear, though, I have still been keeping things going on the needles, if a bit slower than I’d like! Progress is being made on my current Jurisfiction cardigan…
..and have also been fitting in the occasional granny square to add to the growing pile for my future crocheted afghan. So, all in all, not so bad.
Whether or not you’re celebrating a holiday this weekend, I hope you have time for some restful knitting and delicious comfort food! Happy Friday everyone.
